Joe is widely recognized as one of the deepest practitioners of large language models in the real estate training space. He completed Navy SEAL Kokoro training at age 54 and competed in the CrossFit Games at age 60. He has authored or co-produced over 200 books for real estate and mortgage professionals using a proprietary framework. He leads the Hero Circle coaching community with weekly sessions and six-day intensives.
